Examples of unacceptable usage:
Use web2msg.com to send junk SMS messages, spam or any unsolicited message (commercial or not);
Transmit through web2msg.com, associate with web2msg.com or publish via web2msg.com unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature;
Transmit any material that may infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, including trademark, copyright or right of publicity;
Libel, defame or slander any person, or infringe upon any person's privacy rights;
Transmit any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, or any other harmful or deleterious programs;
Interfere with or disrupt networks connected to web2msg.com or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of other networks;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to web2msg.com, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to web2msg.com, through password mining or any other means;
Interfere with another Users use and enjoyment of web2msg.com or another entity's use and enjoyment of similar services; or
Engage in any other activity that web2msg.com believes could subject it to criminal liability or civil penalty or judgment.
There is zero cost involved with use of this service, we do not charge for sending of SMS, nor do we charge a fee to the recipient of the message. All SMS sent via our free service have a small "web2msg.com" tag appended to the end of the message.

All SMS sent via our free service are logged, along with the IP they where sent from, and can be referenced at our own free will, should the need arise due to any breaches of our acceptable use policy.

web2msg.com will not use any numbers provided for the use of spam, all numbers used on our system will only be referenced in the event of a breach of this policy by the user.
